Traffic is moving again on the Arthur Laing Bridge in Richmond after it was closed early Friday when a barge crashed into the bridge.
Richmond RCMP say shortly after midnight, police received a call that a barge had crashed into the Arthur Laing Bridge.
All north and southbound traffic onto the bridge was blocked until the bridge could be structurally examined.
Northbound traffic has reopened but southbound has been reduced to one lane for a portion near midspan.
Drivers are advised there could be delays.
Last month, a barge hit the bridge between Delta and Westham Island, forcing closures.
