Good morning. If you are as chronically online as I am, you have probably noticed a major shift by some of your favourite celebrities and influencers: many suddenly look much thinner.

This phenomenon (one assumes) is due to weight loss drugs, which have transformed how obesity is tackled across much of the western world. Brands including Ozempic, Wegovy and Mounjaro have become household names in a short period of time.
