Kyiv to Reduce Curfew Hours Starting Sept. 10

Kyiv is cutting curfew hours by an hour starting at midnight on Thursday, Sept. 10, with the new hours being 1 a.m. to 5 a.m. The reduction is part of the government's recently proposed changes to maintain business continuity amid intensified Russian drone raids, with a two-tier siren system soon to be in place.
