‘Black Rus’ Sabotage Group Likely Responsible for Latvian Incursion

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko denied his country's involvement in the Oct. 6 incursions of the Latvian border, saying it was a false flag operation orchestrated by Tallinn. Shortly afterward, the little-known “Black Rus” sabotage group, thought to be a front for Russian or Belarusian intelligence services, claimed responsibility.
