Alberta parents feeling back-to-school uncertainty, due to possible teacher strike or lockout

After Alberta teachers overwhelmingly voted in favour of going on strike, parents have been left with uncertainty ahead of school's scheduled start in September. Many families' back-to-school plans are now up in the air due to the possibility of labour disruptions.
