Ukraine Hits 3 Russian Targets, Including Tanker in Black Sea, Pontoon Crossing

Ukrainian forces struck a tanker in the Black Sea, a pontoon crossing near Novoekonomichne and a Russian troop concentration in Horlivka overnight on Thursday, July 23. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine (AFU) said the operation targeted military and economic assets supporting Moscow’s war effort.
