Ukraine Completes Formation of Regional Youth Congresses

Ukraine finished forming regional youth congresses in all its regions on Tuesday, electing leaders and delegates under a structure created by President Volodymyr Zelensky. The move adds 1,469 new representatives and 300 delegates to the National Congress.
