Vancouver Whitecaps, midfielder J.C. Ngando mutually agree to part ways

VANCOUVER — Midfielder J.C. Ngando and the Vancouver Whitecaps have mutually agreed to part ways. The Major League Soccer team made the announcement Thursday and said that Ngando had cleared waivers.
