Russia Says Warned Rubio Against Arms Deliveries to Ukraine

Russia told the US to stop supplying weapons to Ukraine during Lavrov’s first meeting with Rubio in nearly a year. Moscow also accused Europe of prolonging the war while reiterating its readiness for a diplomatic settlement.
