EU Agency Halts Venice Biennale Funding Over Russia’s Return

The EU's education and culture agency has terminated a €2 million (roughly $2.2 million) grant to the Venice Biennale after organizers allowed Russia's pavilion to reopen. Ukraine and more than twenty European countries had pushed for Russia's exclusion.
