One man has been arrested after a late-night hit-and-run of a teenager in Surrey’s city centre neighbourhood.

Surrey police officers were called to a collision at the intersection of Old Yale Road and Mall Access, between Holland Park and Central City Mall, just after 10 p.m. on Sunday.
