Do you recognize these tattoos? Police are asking the public to help identify a man who was found at the roadside in Surrey and died days later in hospital.

Do you recognize these tattoos? Police are asking the public to help identify a man who was found at the roadside in Surrey and died days later in hospital.

According to Surrey Police, the man was found April 12 around 9 p.m. near 101st Avenue and 152nd Street. The man was taken to hospital for treatment but died a few days later.

Since then, the B.C. Coroner’s Service has conducted a forensic exam and determined the man did not die of suspicious circumstances. However, no identifying information has been found for the man and police have not been able to match him to any missing persons reports.

The man is described as being in his 40s, has brown eyes and short brown hair, as well as a beard.

Surrey police are now asking the public to take a look at distinctive tattoos found on the man’s body and to come forward if they have information about who he might be.

The tattoos include a tattoo of the words “HIGH LIFE” on his upper right arm, a skull with a scythe behind it on his outer left calf, a word written in script on his left chest, and what appears to be a bobcat with an Afro on his inner left calf. He also a number of tattoos on his left upper arm.
