After RIFs, ED Turns to Contractor to Hire New Civil Rights Attorneys

The original reduction in force has since been rescinded, but not all attorneys took ED up on the offer to return to work. Now, a third-party contractor has advertised OCR jobs at salaries nearly double what those initially laid off were paid.
