Amber Alert activated for 4 year old boy reportedly taken by mother from West Kelowna

An Amber Alert is being issued to locate a four-year-old boy reported missing from West Kelowna on July 21.

RCMP are investigating the parental abduction of Atlas Andrews and issued the alert just after midnight on July 22.

Ryan Atlas Andrews (Atlas) is described as:

* Age: four years old
* Hair: Brown
* Eyes: Hazel
* Race: Caucasian
* Descriptors: 3 feet tall and 51 pounds

Police are also looking for Alisse Andrews who is described as:

• Age: 40-years-old
• Hair: Brown
• Eyes: Brown
• Race: Caucasian
• Descriptors: 5 feet 4 inches tall and approximately 121 pounds

The two are believed to be travelling in the following vehicle, believed to be associated with Alisse Andrews and described as:

• Black, 2021, Nissan Qashqai
• B.C. License Plate RV003L

Anyone who may have seen Atlas Andrews, Alisse Andrews, or the vehicle is asked to call 911 immediately.
