Polish Official Says Zelensky Should Apologize Over UPA Row

Marcin Przydacz, head of Poland’s Bureau of International Policy, said Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky should apologize to Polish President Karol Nawrocki over Kyiv’s decision to name a military unit after the Ukrainian Insurgent Army (UPA).
