Hungary Blocks EU Clusters 2,3 for Ukraine, Moldova

Hungary refused to approve EU accession clusters 2 and 3 for the second time, scheduling the next attempt for Sept. 1. Budapest previously argued that opening all clusters at once wouldn’t be fair to other candidates in the Western Balkans.
