BURSTA vehicle has smashed through the front windows of Starbucks and driven into the cafe.
The incident happened just before 1 p.m. Friday at the Starbucks in the Spall Plaza.
According to a witness who was inside Starbucks at the time of the collision, three people who were sitting at a table are injured and the driver of the vehicle is also being cared for by BC Ambulance.
The coffee shop is severely damaged following the crash.
It’s unclear what caused the car to drive into the building.
Police have tapped off the building and emergency crews will remain on scene clearing debris.
