ZPEK launches its own filling-station network: Oleg Chykyda unveils the Phoenix Energy brand

ZPEK, one of Ukraine’s leading diesel-fuel importers, is entering the retail market. At the Petroleum Ukraine Warsaw’26 conference, the group’s CEO and co-owner, Oleg Chykyda, revealed the name of its future filling-station network for the first time — Phoenix Energy. The launch is planned for 2026. According to Chykyda, the company is betting on quality and is ready to compete with the market’s biggest players.
