Surrey Police Service is investigating an incident of shots fired at a residence in Surrey’s Bear Creek neighbourhood that is believed to be extortion related.
At about 2:20 a.m. on Jan. 17, shots were fired outside a residence in the 8600 block Galway Crescent. The residence was occupied but no one was injured, police said.
SPS’s major crime section has taken over the investigation, which is in its early stages.
