Woman arrested for allegedly threatening violence on grounds of religion after approaching Bankstown shopper wearing ‘from the river to the sea’ shirt

A woman has been charged with intimidation and publicly threatening violence on the grounds of religion after confronting a woman wearing a pro-Palestine T-shirt at Kmart in Bankstown.

Footage of the incident posted to Instagram on Friday shows the 39-year-old woman walking towards the person filming, giving her the middle finger before yelling: “Are you proud of wearing ‘from the river to the sea?’”
