Iran says 120 nationals deported from US will fly home this week

Tehran says the deportees, who will return home in coming days, have been given reassurances they will be safe

Iran has said that 120 nationals being deported from the US under Donald Trump’s immigration crackdown will fly home this week.

“One hundred and twenty people should be deported and flown home over the next couple of days,” foreign ministry consular affairs official Hossein Noushabadi told the Tasnim news agency.
