Famous Climbing Areas in U.S.A. at Risk

The Access Fund, the leading access group in the U.S.A., has broken the news that the new senate budget bill puts thousands of routes and over a dozen famous areas at risk of being sold.

The bill hasn’t passed yet, but climbing organisations are urging climbers to contact their senator to vote not to the bill. Check out the interactive map from the Wilderness Society that shows the 258 million acres of public lands that will be designated for sale here.
