US Restores Intelligence to Ukraine as Witkoff Carries Peace Proposals to Putin
US intelligence sharing with Ukraine has resumed after a week of missed allied ballistic missile warnings, President Volodymyr Zelensky said on Tuesday, Oct. 20, following talks with US envoy Steve Witkoff in Oslo, Norway. Witkoff is set to present proposals discussed there to Russia’s leadership in St. Petersburg, with security guarantees on the table, while Zelensky expects results on Patriot interceptors and Starlink terminals within 48 hours.
