Andrey Bezrukov, a retired Russian intelligence colonel and adviser to Rosneft CEO Igor Sechin, said at the St. Petersburg International Economic Forum on Wednesday that Russia is likely to remain in a state of war and engaged in global conflicts for at least the next two decades.
