Kyiv Proposes Turning Metrohrad Mall Into Underground Parking

Kyiv authorities have proposed turning 17,000 square meters (4 acres) of the Metrohrad mall in central Kyiv into underground parking spaces and a shelter, amid criticism over inadequate parking and shelter space. However, officials also acknowledge the complexity of the whole idea.
