BURSTTim Hortons and Dairy Queen are coming to Burns Lake.
To be located at the Richmond Loop commercial property, the two franchises have been leased by NorthStar Development.
The complex is set to include three leased commercial spaces and building plans show Tim Hortons sitting at 2,695 square feet in size, Dairy Queen at 2,620 square feet and a third – yet to be leased – building at 1,464 square feet with a patio.
A commercial real estate listing advertising the empty space was updated on Aug. 24 detailing a “unique opportunity” for a third tenant “to lease [a] brand new high profile end-cap retail space with attractive co-tenants, Tim Hortons and Dairy Queen.”
“The site benefits from steady daily traffic and a strong neighbourhood tenant mix … ideal for operators seeking visibility, convenience, and a lasting presence in a growing community.”
