If the justices don't reinforce their Janus ruling soon, unions will ignore it to death

The Supreme Court's 2018 ruling in Janus v. AFSCME affirmed the First Amendment rights of public employees to opt out of union participation, but the justices have refused to revisit and enforce the ruling as unions have adopted countermeasures to circumvent it.
