France has detained the Russia-linked oil tanker Tagor in the Atlantic, in a joint operation supported by Britain and allies, as part of efforts to curb Moscow’s shadow fleet used to bypass sanctions. The Kremlin condemned the seizure as “international piracy.” The vessel is suspected of carrying Russian or Iranian oil and is linked to a sanctioned shipping network.
