Mounties in Richmond are warning the public of an “unfolding” police incident in Richmond early Wednesday.
Traffic and transit will be affected on Westminster Highway between No 4 and Shell roads, and No 4 Road between Westminster Highway and Granville Avenue.
Investigators have not released any details about what is happening but are urging members of the public to avoid the area.
RCMP said that more information and updates will be provided as they become available.
