OpenAI & X Hit By Outages

OpenAI and X have been hit my outages this morning. The website downdetector, which reports outages over 24 hour cycles, spiked enormously for X at around 11.30 a.m. GMT (3.30 a.m. PT), with nearly 4,500 reports.
