For three days, Keshav Jindal was stuck in on a mountain in Strathcona Park. On Thursday, rescuers found him alive.
After being separated from his hiking group near Mount Washington on Monday afternoon, the 25-year-old was reported missing later that evening, sparking a massive search and rescue operation . Jindal was spotted waving to a helicopter on Thursday afternoon from a crevasse in the area of Paradise Meadows and Mount Albert Edward.

Efforts were underway to retrieve him as of Thursday afternoon, and his condition is not immediately known.
Seven separate SAR agencies from Vancouver Island and the Lower Mainland joined forces to search for Jindal.
Temperatures never dipped below 10 C over the three nights he was missing, and the area has ample freshwater sources.
This is a developing story. More details to come.
