SAN FRANCISCO (AP) — San Francisco Giants All-Star reliever Randy Rodriguez will have season-ending Tommy John surgery, the team said Saturday. Last weekend, the Giants placed Rodriguez on the 15-day injured list with a right elbow sprain.
