Russia Adds More Rassvet Satellites, Attempting to Build Its Own ‘Starlink’

Russia has launched a second batch of Rassvet satellites, increasing its Starlink-like constellation to about 40 orbiters. Analysts say the network remains far from military readiness, as Moscow will need several hundred satellites before it can provide reliable battlespace C3.
