For Babydog, it’s time to help the greyhounds

Federation of Humane Organizations of West Virginia President Theresa Bruner is calling on Sen. Jim Justice to support the Greyhound Protection Act in the Senate Agriculture Committee to end state-subsidized greyhound racing.
