A man was found with life-threatening injuries early Sunday in the area of Richmond’s Brighouse Park.
At about 3 a.m., Richmond RCMP officers were called to the park, where first responders were giving the man medical help. He was taken to hospital in critical condition and a forensics tent was set up to process the scene.
“Investigators are working to determine what happened and are looking to speak with anyone who was in or near Brighouse Park between 2:30 and 3:30 a.m.,” said Const. Frank Bryson in a news release on Monday.
Residents near the park, late-night workers, pedestrians or drivers with dashcam footage from the area are asked to call Richmond RCMP at 604‑278‑1212.
