Dead fish, strange odours and a copper tinge to the Kaministiquia River have been common sightings in the past week for regular users of Neste boat launch and its adjacent walking paths. Ontario's Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks has confirmed the cause to be an effluent leak from the Thunder Bay Pulp and Paper mill.
