Ukrainian 3rd Army Corps commander Biletsky rejected Putin’s claim that Russian forces captured Sviatohirsk in Donetsk region. Biletsky said the 60th Mechanized Brigade remains in full control of the city, while Ukrainian authorities have also reported it remains under Kyiv’s control.
