BURST
Vancouver police are searching for a suspect after a man was stabbed on Commercial Drive near East 10th Avenue on Tuesday evening.
That man, 48-year-old Christopher Jumal Sanderson, later died of his wounds in hospital.
This is the first homicide of 2026 in Vancouver.
Police were called to the scene at 8:40 p.m., where they discovered the victim.
No arrests have been made.
