Vancouver police are warning that a convicted sex offender who will be living in Vancouver is a risk to women.
Skylar Wayne Pelletier has a history of violence and sexual assaults against women.
Pelletier is 6-foot-1, weighs 82 kg and has a medium build. He has short black hair and brown eyes.
Pelletier will be monitored by corrections officials and must comply with specific conditions: he can’t contact any of his victims; can not consume alcohol or drugs; must abide by a curfew from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m.; and can not possess knives.
Anyone witnessing Pelletier in violation of his conditions should call 911.
