UPDATE: 10:45 a.m. Friday
DriveBC says single-lane alternatin traffic remains in place Friday and major delays are expected along the Trans-Canada Highway at the site of Thursday’s landslide.
The next update on the highway condition is slated for 2 p.m. May 29.
Ceara Kavanagh with B.C.’s Ministry of Transportation and Transit told Black Press Media by email that the landslide fell within either Mount Revelstoke or Glacier national park, so Parks Canada is better positioned to comment.
