Ukraine’s Refinery Campaign Forces Fuel Limits in Moscow

A growing fuel shortage in Russia has reached the Moscow region, where some gas stations have begun limiting fuel sales. Gas stations in Novaya Moskva have begun limiting gasoline sales to 60 liters (16 gallons) and diesel fuel sales to 100 liters (26 gallons) per customer. The shortages come as Ukraine continues a sustained campaign against Russian oil infrastructure, striking refineries, pipelines, and fuel depots.
