Kallas Says US Negotiators Tried to Push Ukraine Into Surrender for 1.5 Years

EU foreign policy chief Kaja Kallas accused US negotiators of trying to push Ukraine into surrendering to Russia for around 1.5 years. She called for Europe's involvement in peace talks, tougher pressure on Moscow and a just, lasting settlement.
