Police are investigating the suspicious death of a woman in Kelowna.
Kelowna RCMP said they got a report of a body in the back of vehicle in the 800-block of Baillie Avenue on Tuesday.
Investigators did not say how the woman died, but said the circumstances of her death were suspicious.
A man, who police say knew the woman, was taken into custody. He has since been released with a number of reporting conditions.
The Kelowna RCMP serious crime unit is looking into what happened leading up to the woman’s death.
