The Supreme Court is set to hold oral arguments Thursday over former President Trump’s ballot eligibility under the 14th Amendment, a historic showdown that has thrust the justices into the center of the 2024 presidential election.
Beginning just after 10 a.m., the nine justices will hear an appeal of the Colorado Supreme Court’s ruling that kicks Trump off the state’s primary ballot.
The justices will hear from attorneys for six voters in the state who brought the lawsuit as well as lawyers representing Trump and the Colorado secretary of state.
