Korean climber Sungsu Lee, 25, just announced that he completed Lucid Dreaming V15 in the Buttermilks of California, bringing his total number of hard climbs in 2024 to six V15s and one 5.15.
“Bishop is the first rock trip I went on with my Korean homies,” he said on 8a.n. “I’m happy to be back here. It took five sessions to send it this, and now it’s time to start another project. I’m working on The Process V16 now and since I’m leaving Bishop on 12/31, I don’t have much time left.”
Lee’s hardest climbs of 2024 are Asagimadara V15, Monkey Wedding V15, Spray of Light V15, The Finnish Line V15, The Smile V15, Dreamtime V15, Lucid Dreaming V15, and First Ley 5.15a.
Lee has projected several harder-than-V15 climbs this year, including Alphane and Burden of Dreams – watch him try below.
